The closest thing I can find in Mouser (www.mouser.com) is a half meg
linear taper with SPDT switch. 315-2415F-500K. Has a quarter inch shaft
with a 8mm mounting bushing (close to 5/16") with a 3/8" mounting hole.

None show a 10 Meg pot. One that might work is 313-2441F-5M, same shaft
and bushing as the above pot but 5 megohms.

Neither is expensive and could work until better parts are found.
