>From the circuit it looks like it has an inductance of 240 microhenries,
resonated with 500 pf, just like the IF transformer coils so a winding
from one of them may work. Some S-line IF transformers also tune with
500 pf.

There's nothing like it in the recent Mouser catalogs. Its not surface
mount and rotten Q.
