1 )  First remove the 4 tubes ...making sure the 4 plates caps of each tube 
are not touching  anything .......now try one FUSE AT THE TIME ?....do not 
move the 30L1 .

2 )  If  the fuse blow .....cut the BIG RED and BIG YELLO  wires  next to 
the ends
