With that being a dual pot with wildly different values on the two
sections and with a switch that closes at max CCW, its ODD. It might be
possible to make it. Starting with something like Mouser catalog number
31VM303-F for a rear section with SPDT switch and a Mouser 31VW505F or
313-2420F-500K (linear or audio taper) dual ganged pot and replace the
rear section with that one with a switch. Even that set is going to fit
poorly because while the shaft is 1/4", the bushing is 8mm, not quite
5/16", a loose rattle in the original 3/8" hole. Years ago, one could by
a pot as a kit, picking bushing, shaft, sections, and switch
independently. I don't know of any way to do that today.
