[Collins] 312B-4/5 diodes

Recent advances in silicon processing have yielded numerous diodes with
very low Vf.  For example, NXP's PMEG2005ET, which is available in small
quantities from Digi-Key for 10 cents, has a Vf of 130 mV max @ 0 .1mA, 190
mV max @ 1 mA and 330 mV max @ 100 mA.  The rub?  These diodes are in
surface mount packages so you will have to connect small wires to them.
