At least a couple got to Iowa Army MARS, in classified pressurized
cases. Manuals were obtained from Collins except for the case and the
unit interconnects. The modules were in Collins "commercial" ATC cases
and the logic was in SUHL flat packs for controlling the synthesizer.
KD6B did succeed in putting one made from those two on the air, though
the SUHL failure rate seemed unreasonably high. I don't remember the
individual unit numbers now and KD6B has moved away so I can't ask
easily.
