E.F. Johnson ceramic sockets are available from Surplus Sales of Nebraska.
About $10 each. Order number (TUA)TUBSOK8CER. These sockets fit directly
into the 1" mounting holes. Recommend that you cut the un-needed ground
contacts around the mounting flange.
