[Collins] Fwd: KWM-2A Meter Problem

Hello,
  I would like to thank the folks that responded to my post  regarding the 
s-meter problem on my KWM-2A, especially Jerry K0CQ who gave  me several 
suggestions and thoughts on what to look for. Unfortunately, I have  tried a number 
of things and still have the same problem. I have checked all the  tubes, 
cleaned all the relay contacts, used my S-line power supply, disconnected  all 
external devices ( 312B-5 and 30S1) and still have the meter needle pegging  to 
the right in receive mode with no effect with the RF gain control. Meter  works 
fine in the transmit mode. With my limited troubleshooting knowledge and  lack 
of test equipment, can anyone recommend a good Collins repair person  
preferably in the Tampa, FL area. It has been about 7 years since it was  last gone 
over by a collins guru who has since moved away, so it probably  is due for a 
complete going over and alignment. Thanks for the help.
