International Crystal Mfg http://www.icmfg.com/ is the way to go.
I have bought from ICM and all you need to know is the type of Collins radio
(KWM-2, 32S-x, 74S-x) and the frequency. ICM will do the rest. These are new
mfg xtals made to order for you and are on frequency for less than $20.
You can call them on their toll free phone number and place your order with
a knowledgeable, real person.
Don't buy used or NOS xtals....most of the time they are out of frequency
tolerance and will cause the fiducial to be way off center or beyond the
adjustable range.

Those would be on 6955, 7155, 10155, and 10355 KHz. Burghardt
http://www.burghardt-amateur.com/Burghardt/HTML/main_frame.html has some
Collins crystals in their used list. Download it as a text file and go
all the way to the end.
Those crystals were not parts of crystal packs, but were shipped with
almost every radio, so without scrapping radios, we are short of spares.
Surplus Sales of Nebraska has had such crystals, priced as if gold
plated. I'm sure most crystal making factories can still make them to
order.
