[Collins] What color is the 51J1 front panel?

What I think happened to 51J used in the factory for test setups was
that the front panels were all repainted to match the color scheme
current at the time. And that color scheme did vary with time and
sometimes with the project. Likely gear for Apollo test setups was
different from that from BC setups. When showing off the test equipment,
Art would have preferred to had seen all the same color than to have
blotchy mixed panels of assorted colors as if it had been put together
from surplus (though it might have indeed been put together from
surplus). Even to the point of putting on a round logo on the repainted
equipment that had been made a decade earlier.
