[Collins] 70K-2 PTO bearing needed

Looking a replacement nylon bearing that goes at the end of the tuning lead screw in the PTO.  Servicing a KWM-2 and got just about everything worked out except the main tuning and once I got the PTO out and apart seen why I was have trouble.  The bearing is gone and the grease has harden.  The grease I can clean up but not going to do much good without the bearing.

So looking for replacement or information where I made locate one.
