[Collins] 6EA8 sub'd for 6U8 in KWM2

The 6EA8 is an improved version of the 6U8.  They
generally last a lot longer and work very well EXCEPT
in the audio oscillator that is used for tuneup and
CW.  That tube is V2.  Sometimes the 6EA8 works OK as
V2 but more often than not there are problems with the
oscillator.
