[Collins] Setting ALC meter on KWM2

The ALC adjust potentiometer is on the chassis of the
32S- series transmitters.  However, in the KWM-2
series it is located on the "shelf" which is on the
left-hand side of the transceiver right at the front
of the unit.  It is the 2nd control from the left.  It
does not have a knob but is designed to be adjusted
with a screwdriver.
