So long as you are not testing for absolute sensitivity to 1% accuracy,
its probably not critical. I think I'd use a 50 ohm signal generator
with a 50 ohm series resistor to make a 100 ohm source. Though unless
I'm proven wrong, I'd simply use the crystal calibrator signal with
maybe a 100 ohm termination on the antenna connector if I found that
termination affected the alignment.
