[Collins] 30S-1 bleeder resistor

Mouser has new Ohmite 15K and 20K 100 watt resistors. www.mouser.com
588-L100J-15K or 588-L100J-20K. I'd go with the 20K since the voltage is
a bit higher today than it was when the amplifier was designed.
