[Collins] KWM-2A Filter question

Good evening to the group,
 
I have a RE KWM-2A that has a plug in filter.  The number is F 455 FB  21 
5WZ.  The Collins part number is,  526 9448 00.  I can't find  any information on 
this filter and the manual I have says it should have a wired  in filter.  
The rig doesn't work, so I question the filter.  I do get  a reading across the 
two coils in the filter.  Any help would be  appreciated.
