[Collins] Advice on Collins 32V-3

A tech friend here in Denmark just found a 32V-3. They are not common here
and I promised to help him locate resources on repair, restoration, history,
mods, etc. I already found the Owners Manual, but looking through my
Electric Radio issues I found nothing (though I don't have 1992-97). Any
advice is welcome
