Doing a google search, I see you asked the same question on CCA list
back in January and got some answer.

Continuing my google search, I see it was answered in 1999 on
Boatanchors: http://listserv.tempe.gov/admin/WA.EXE?
A2=ind9901&L=boatanchors&D=0&P=27469 with considerable detail.

Is there something that post doesn't answer?
