[Collins] KWM-380 "Tune" Mod

I modified the "Spot" pushbutton on my KWM-380 so that it transmits a steady 
CW carrier for adjusting my antenna tuner, regardless of the setting of the 
Mode, Mox or Vox controls.  It makes tuning up the antenna a breeze AND the 
modification is easily reversable and makes no permanent changes to the rig.

I've written up the procedure in Collins "Service Information Letter" format, 
with pictures and a schematic.  If anyone wants a copy, let me know (it's
