[Collins] Looking for L-4 for a 32S transmitter.

I think the same part was used in all S-Line and KWM-2. L3 in the
receivers, L4 in the transmitters and transceivers. My 32S-1 book shows
a separate part number 278-274-00 but the others show only the part
number for the T1/L4 pair, 278-1712-00. All the schematics show the same
values for the capacitors included in the assembly. It may be worth
checking the capacitors to see that they aren't bad and that the left
over soldering flux from 40 years ago hasn't eaten off the coil wire at
the solder post.
