[Collins] Collins dial parts.

Hi Guys,
I am looking for help and hope I can find it here.
I am trying to restore a 75s-3B receiver. It is in reasonably good condition cosmetically except for the dial.What I am looking for are the 3 pieces that make up the dial/fiducial assembly.
 1: The numbered dial Collins p/n 543-8034-002
 2: The  lined blanking plate . Collins p/n 543-8033-002
 3: The  Window dial with red line. Collins p/n 543-8093-003
If anybody has these parts or  knows of a source I would appreciate the help. 
The most important requirement is for p/n 543-8033-002.
