I don't know about Dayton, but around that time frame, it was rumored that  a 
local (San Diego, Ca.) surplus dealer had a few pallets of them. It was also  
rumored that most were shipped out to JA land for quite a premium  price. I 
usually try to keep an eye open for what ever he might get in, but most  of the 
good stuff usually doesn't hand around for very long.
