Not necessarily 6146B. For sure 6146A preferred over the 6146. The 6146B
may require modifications to the neutralization circuit. If the PA
neutralization capacitor is an 8-50 ceramic trimmer that's the old
circuit and it probably won't neutralize 6146B properly. The new circuit
uses an air trimmer.
