[Collins] 75A-4 Dial Spline Lock Nuts

I use a SMT rework hot air gun with the 1/8" nozzle to heat 
all the screws.

Others technqiques: Varnish remover (in gel so it doesn't run)
Apparently loctite makes a glue remover.
