C206 in the 30S-1 will leak oil but is repairable. check the top-cover seams along the out edge where it folds over. Clean in your kitchen sink while you warm up your soldering iron. Just solder along the edge of the seam where it the leak is. I've repaired two caps and they have not leaked since. My Fluke 111 still shows 15nf. Some oil loss doesn't seem to be a problem, but it is PCB HAZARDOUS. Use protective measures. Good luck.

Note: Plastic Capacitor Corp will manufacture C206 at a cost of $156 each. If a group order is placed, 10 units would have cost $30 each. This is a new modern plastic design, not an exact replacement. Since their mounting brackets were not compatible with the originals the idea was dropped.
