[Collins] Collins yellow book not the same as the grey book.

 Thanks for posting re title and contents of the grey book.
 Clearly not the same as the yellow book at all, but may well have 
coverage of amateur SSB equipment that is the same as chapter 13 in 
the yellow book.

So it looks like the 1960 3rd edition of the yellow book was the last 
one, and chapter 13 on amateur SSB equipment never reappeared in a 
yellow book after the 2nd edition in 1959.   But much the same 
coverage of Collins amateur SSB equipment may have been included in 
the 1962 grey book from Collins that was subsequently reprinted by HR 
at some point. If anyone has both that would be a useful point to 
clarify.
