[Collins] 75A3 front panel and power supply

Cal,
I had an A3 and never gave a thot to heat buildup. The stock cabinet had
plenty of "head room" and vent holes.
But that was a long time ago when heat buildup was not even thought about.
Now I have fans on everything.
