Thanks to all who sent me copies. I have re-typed the .jpg's into a Word 
document which I will be glad to send upon request. It is now a one page
file and small in size so it emails easily.

I tried it yesterday and unfortunately I can't say one way or another 
whether it is better than the one in the book. I was able to bring 80 meters
in easily and the PA portion works well too. I do have a problem in the 6CL6 
area because I can't get it to neutralize so I suspect associated components
have a problem yet to be identified and I will be working on finding them.
