Does anyone have a copy of the above subject procedure? I seem to have only
the first page and it appears to go on beyond that.

I like the approach taken because what is mentioned in the book is vague and
inconclusive.

Unfortunately KB8QHK is no longer listed on QRZ, so I'm hoping someone on
the list may have a copy of it.
