[Collins] KWM2A receive alignment - USB/LSB

[Steve Garwood]

Looks like the crystal will be a good place to start - Thought I was missing
something in the alignment, since it wasn't mentioned.  I'll be getting the
frequency counter warmed up!

Hi Steve:
    You either have a bad USB crystal or the mechanical filter is 
defective so that it is NOT symmetrical any more. Another possibly is 
defective capacitors in the USB circuitry although not likely.   Fern
