[Collins] Ebay withdrawals???

Hello,

I've been on eBay since 1998.  Withdrawals are not a new thing,
though I will agree that you see them more often now than in
the past.  For some reason, they seem to be most common when
an item is really rare, cheap, or really desirable.  :)
