You might try one of the modifications for the SB-200.
 However, the 811A is MUCH happier on 6 meters in a
grid driven circuit rather than grounded grid.

You might also consider using two 572B tubes and
basically converting the 30L-1 remains into the same
circuit as the SB-200.
