[Collins] Need directory assistance

I've seen several uses of the term "CCA excellent" indicating the condition
of a piece of equipment. This must mean the Collins Collectors Association
has a document outlining how to judge an item for the purposes of
communication with prospective buyers. Would someone provide me with the URL
of the web site that would give me access to this document, please. I tried
all the more likely acronyms, but no luck.
