[Collins] WTB:Collins Conversion parts

Need a Collins 1)frequency FRAME plate that was used in the 'Collins Conversion ' kit of parts (ie: KWM-2 TO KWM-2A, ETC, #544-7277-004?) THAT COVERED THE FREQ SELECT CARD.  
2) The three Post-Mte, 4-40 x 3/4  between XY1 and  XY3 wafers.
Hope this makes since and I have the correct part #'s. Any help greatly apprecited. Stae condition and price shipped if available,
