JR and group:
Many local paint outlet stores are preloading paint now. I would try an
automotive paint store. You could get the paint mixed and packaged in an
aerosol can.
After 9/11 the federal rules changed, particularly, on the transportating of
propellants on aircraft. That is why Surplus Sales and others quit selling
paint.
