[Collins] KWM-2 Dial Problem

A local ham has a KWM-2A and the main tuning dial doesnot move when turning
the main tuning knob.
Can someone tell me how to go about geting to the set screws or what ever
may be slipping. Does the front panel have to be pulled? Any help will be
appreciated.
