[Collins] Touch up paint

Hello,

can somebody please recommend me any touch up paint for the restoration of
Collins equipment? I found a local dealer over here who has TESTOR model
paint. I already got a message that Testor's FLOQUIL #110013 'grimy black'
is a suitable touch up paint for the Collins St. James grey. Are there any
others for the S-Line (cabinet, trim and front panel please)?

PS: I already ordered spray cans from Surplus Sales but they did not ship
it due to postal regulations. I know that shipping of hazardous material by
air is strictly forbidden but does this also apply for a surface shipment
(6-10 weeks by ship)? I could not find the appropriate regulations on the
USPS website.
