Following service is available.  Meter repair on meters in amateur
equipment.  Free estimate
to determine problem.  If no repair is desired only obligation is
shipping charges both ways
which would usually run $10.00.  My location is Salt Lake City, Utah. 
Two restrictions! Will only accept meters that have not been opened or
have tried to be repaired.  Reason is because insides of meters are
easily contaminated sometimes making repairs difficult or impossible.
