[Collins] Product Detector for the 75S-3

The 75A2 and 75A3 are basically the same receiver
except that the 75A3 has mechanical filters added as
well as the crystal filter.

Collins came out with a modification kit that could be
installed either at the factory or in the field to add
mechanical filters to the 75A2.  Receivers thus
modified were designated 75A2A.  New escutcheons were
provided that had 75A2A in place of the 75A2.

Also, I really think you meant the subject of your
notice to be 75A3 and not 75S-3 since the 75S-3
already has a product detector installed.
