[Collins] Product detector for 75A-2 and 75A-3 Receivers

Hi All:

A friend remembers seeing an ad awhile ago for an
aftermarket product detector for the 75A-2 and 'A-3
receivers; it was made to plug into the NBFM adapter
socket. Does anyone have any more information on this
accessory, specifically where he might be able to find
one?  Also, any information on how well they worked
would be appreciated as well.
