Yes, give that a try! I had a 32V2 that "smoked" a
resistor due to a bad bypass cap. This happened a few
years ago. The load resistor was located in the driver
can. While you're there, think about changing out
those silvered mica postage stamp caps. Don't ask me
how I know this!
