[Collins] 32V2 no grid drive

I've discovered no B+ voltage at pin 8 of the 6AG7 first multiplier
tube. Screen voltage is okay. All other voltages in the RF driver
section check out fine as per the manual.

I'm suspecting R109, a 1K resistor as open circuit. Looking in under the
tube sockets in the RF driver section, I can't seem to locate R109. Is
it located inside the can for L104? Any help would be appreciated.
