[Collins] Need help with connector

Recently arrived PM-2 had had its power cord made removable. Don't know if  
this was a common mod but did buy it from a fellow in Cedar Rapids.
 
Anyway, power jack is same footprint as an SO-239, looks like an SO-239  with 
the interior phenolic removed and replaced with 2 pins and the metal  
surrounding it has a little pip in it to key the connector. An ideas, help would  be 
greatly appreciated. Be glad to send photo if it'll help.
