[Collins] 12BY7 solid tube help needed

Does anyone happen to have a drawing for the 12BY7 solid tube or how to make
one?  I have the April 1977 issue of QST article that Howard Sartori wrote
before producing the Solid Tube for the Drake 4 line and Collins rigs but
have no info on the 12BY7 driver.  Does anyone have any information on the
solid state version of the 12BY7?
