[Collins] Collins nomenclature

According to Dennis Day, The "S" in S-Line was coined by Art Collins to
designate the equipment as sideband equipment - the "S" stood for sideband.

Sure was a no-brainer.

Dennis and I spoke on the telephone this evening.  He was the former chief
engineer at Collins Radio.
