[Collins] REMOVING B+ FROM 75A4 FILTERS

Hi Bill,
This problem was solved quite simply by Collins and incorporated in the later 
75A-4 models.  The best thing to do would be to go to the CCA website and download
a copy of the latest 75A-4 manual.  Compare the circuitry around the second mixer (V5)
and you will discover how they did it.  Notice that the DC goes to V5 through a new L32 
and that they block the DC from the filters with C144.  Pretty elegant and easy to
replicate.
