[Collins] WTB 32S1 tx

Howdy folks
I am looking for a 32S1 or 32S3 does not have to work but must be complete. 
I would prefer a non working transmitter, must be COMPLETE.
I need it to transcieve with a 75S1 which does not have any xtals. 
Any one have any idea what M1 meter specifications are? If you have a spare
M1 meter please holler. Any idea where I can buy some new xtals that will
not cost me the ranch. Any ideas folks?
