[Collins] Using an AStatic D-104 with Collins rigs

Hi all,  
I've installed a new hc-5 element and still the D-104 I have will not drive
the Collins rigs.  I'm wondering what is up...are there any tricks I might
want to be aware of to use it with the Collins.  It work fine with the Drake
Twins.
