[Collins] Replacing Capacitors

When replacing those paper capacitors in your Collins, consider buying the
"orange drops" from Mouser Electronics the .1 mfd at 400 volts for only 80
cents a piece or 25 pieces for only 63 cents.  These are listed on page 557
of their recent catalog.

You do not need 600 working volt caps.  I see where other suppliers want
double this amount, particularly, the one in Tempe, AZ
