[Collins] Plastic Trim Ring Question

Hello,

I am looking for a plastic trim ring for a 75S-3C. I have a KWM-2 trim ring
from Surplus Sales which I bought a couple years ago but this one has the
extra holes for the Dzus Fasteners. I guess there was a trim ring without
this extra holes.

Anybody has one for sale or trade for the KWM-2 trim ring? The KWM-2 trim
ring was bought from Surplus Sales a couple years ago and is new/never used.
